Services

This site offers information, wellness appointment booking and membership purchase for Kokoon Advanced Wellness Clinic in Arguineguín. Advanced treatments, such as stem-cell therapy, will be offered only after the local medical licence is granted. They are not yet available to book or purchase, and we cannot promise a date or that booking will open.

Membership

Membership gives access to Kokoon clinics and member benefits. It is not an investment or a security and does not confer ownership of, or shares in, any company.

Bookings & payments

Deposits and membership fees are processed securely by our payment provider. Cancellation and refund terms for wellness bookings will be published before bookings open. Membership withdrawal and refunds are covered below.

Membership withdrawal and refunds

This section applies to Gold, Platinum and Diamond memberships purchased on this site.

14-day right of withdrawal. Under Spanish and EU consumer law (including Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 and Directive 2011/83/EU), you may withdraw from your membership within 14 days of the date of purchase, without giving any reason.
How to withdraw. Let us know within those 14 days, either in writing to one of our clinic postal addresses listed in our Privacy notice, or in person at reception at either clinic. Please include your name, membership tier and date of purchase so that we can identify your membership.
Using benefits during the 14 days. If you expressly asked to start using your membership benefits within the 14-day period and then withdraw, you will receive a pro rata refund for the unused portion of your membership.
How refunds are paid. Refunds are made to your original payment method (PayPal) within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal.
After 14 days. Once the withdrawal period has ended, memberships are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
