Kokoon Advanced Wellness Clinic (Arguineguín) is operated by Kokoon Global SL (B72891823), the operator of the Kokoon clinics in Gran Canaria and the data controller and merchant entity for payments made on this site. Receipts show Canary Islands IGIC (not mainland VAT).

Your member profile and private member area on the Kokoon membership platform are controlled by Kokoon Global PLC.

What we collect

• Contact and booking details (name, email, phone, locale)
• Membership and payment records (payment provider transaction references — no full card data is stored on our servers)
• Details you have previously shared with us about advanced treatments
• Consent timestamps and optional marketing preference

Why

To provide wellness bookings, memberships, enquiries about advanced treatments, receipts, reminders, and legitimate clinic operations. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Booking and payment records are retained for as long as required by applicable Spanish and EU accounting, tax and health-sector record-keeping rules.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection where applicable under GDPR. Exercise rights by writing to the postal addresses above, or in person at either clinic. Members can also use their private member area.
